International Shipping:
We currently ship to select countries outside Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
Shopping to Andorra, Monaco and San Marino:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package's progress.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your order is delayed or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at contact@soulpipa.com so we can assist you.
Failed Delivery Situation:
Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and we understand that there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.
