Refund policy
Soul Pipa will cover the return shipping costs for all cases: defective products, if you receive the wrong item or if you just have simply changed your mind.
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return any purchased items. They can be returned for a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference, provided the item is still in stock.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returned items must be in unused condition and with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. |

Describe the problem (with pictures if needed)
We will respond to you within 48 working hours.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a detailed return address.
2) Email us back the tracking number and the post's invoice, so we can consider it for reimbursement.
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a full refund either as store credit or through your original payment method, depending on your preference. You should receive the reimbursement within 15 calendar days after the return request is approved.
