Return Policy
Defective Products
Soul Pipa will cover the return shipping costs for defective products. You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to return any purchased items. Defective products can be returned for a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference, provided the item is still in stock.
Non-defective Products
If a product is non-defective but differs from your expectations, you may return it. However, in this case, the return shipping costs and any additional charges will be your responsibility. We want to clarify this policy because, while online shopping offers unparalleled convenience, it's important to consider our individual impact on sustainability. At Soul Pipa, we are committed to sustainability also by providing detailed information on product dimensions, high-quality images, fabric descriptions, and videos to help you make informed decisions before purchasing.
Return Costs
Soul Pipa covers the shipping costs associated with returning defective products. There is no additional cost incurred for customers for defective products. Customers are responsible to cover the shipping costs associated with non-defective products.
Return Process
1) Take photos of the product you want to return as well as the defect,
2) Describe the problem,
3) Send it to contact@soulpipa.com. Subject: “Return request: Order number”.
We will respond to you within 48 working hours. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a detailed return address.
4) Please use a local mail post to arrange the return,
5) Email us back the tracking number and the post's invoice, so we can consider it for reimbursement.
Once your return request is approved, we will issue a full refund either as store credit or through your original payment method, depending on your preference. You should receive the reimbursement within 15 calendar days after the return request is approved.
Please note that returned items must be in unused condition and with the original packaging. We do not accept a returned item that has been used, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
